I've always liked running but really got into it when I saw Kelly Homes!!  I started coming to Cynthias group on Tuesday about three years ago.  It was a lot of fun.

But I started to want to do more running and then Bob came!!

I've been going to Bob's class for about three months now.

He, James and Simon have shown us all the different types of track and field events we can do.  But we still have fun!

Bob, James and Simon help us to decide what we are best at and we have mini-competitions and games to test us.  The sorts of things we do are sprints, hurdles, long jump, high jump, shot and others.  Bob is hoping to get a relay team together which should be ace!

I really have a good time and I think the others enjoy themselves as well.  :)
